It is very beautiful!  I would definitely take it by a jeweler and let them identify it.  If you are allergic and you haven’t had a reaction while wearing it, it may by platinum.  You may have an expensive ring and not know it.

Other than testing, there is really no way to tell what the stones are, until you TT a jeweler.  However, the inside of the band should be imprinted with the carat weight.  Does it say anything inside?

I love it! Awesome! my Maid/Matron of Honor gave me a ring that she said she actually found and it had real dimonds on it. So the day of my bridal shower she gave it to me and it fit perfect:) i dont have a pic though.
