Hey early risers (in the US, at least!)…
I have a third interview this morning at a smallish company. I wore my one and only suit to interviews #1 and 2, and I’m not sure if I should wear it again today. I don’t want them to think I don’t own any other work clothes, and I’ll be seeing several of the same people today that I saw at #2.
It’s a nonprofit organization, so it’s not a super-formal environment like a law firm.
Would a button down shirt and pencil skirt be ok? What do you think?

Can you wear the suit jacket with the pencil skirt? Or can you add scarf or a different shirt and shoes to the suit to change it up a bit? I’d wear the suit, that’s just me. Good luck on the interview i’m sure you’ll be great.

Is the suit pretty basic? Do you think they’d notice if you wore a different shirt and shoes?
Since it’s not super formal you should be okay with the skirt and button up.

It’s just a basic black suit–black jacket and black pencil skirt.
I’ve also worn the same pair of black heels to both interviews, because it’s the only pair of interview-appropriate black heels I have. I have some really cute brown heels, but those obviously don’t go with the black suit.
I could wear pants with the jacket instead of the skirt. That would change it up…

@laurenthesmall: Yes wear the pants with the jacket and add a colorful shirt underneath or even some brightly colored shoes if you have them! They probably wont notice!
