Hi Bee’s –
I am SO excited that I just got accepted into my first law school (I have more applications pending)!
If you have read any of my posts, I was studying to take my LSAT back in October and I told my Fiance that I didn’t want a proposal in the midst of that. He proposed about a month later.
I have been out of school for almost two years and I am SO glad I took the time off before heading back to school!
My Fiance is planning something special to celebrate tonight, can’t wait!

Congratulations!!! That is quite the achievement!

Congratulations! Law school is challenging and exciting at the same time. You will emerge wondering how you managed to learn so much in only three years. Best of luck to you!

Congratulations! Such great news in such a short timeframe! Law school is one of the most masochistic/rewarding experiences one can voluntarily submit themselves to: Enjoy it!
I got married in L1 and I have to say, good choice on the wedding date. DO NOT GET MARRIED IN L1!! It was not smart

Congratulations! You deserve a celebration!

That is huge! Congrats! What kind of law are you interested in practicing?

Congrats! And I agree with @MrsRugbee: Don’t plan on getting married (or doing anything big!) during 1L – it will consume your life lol. Just focus on your work, and know that it gets better in 2L 🙂

Congratulations! I considered law school, but I guess I was a bit too intimidated by it, so I have crazy respect for you!

Thanks Everyone! I am most likly going to do Family Law…I currently work for a Non Profit that works with abused children. But I am going to keep an open mind!
@MrsRugbee: Thanks for the advice…I get sad sometimes thinking about how long it will be before I get to get married, but time will fly!
Fiance just called to confirm celebrations plans tonight, yipee!

@Meant2Bee: Congrats! I just graduated in May, passed the bar, and got sworn in last week. It’s a long hard road, but totally worth it! Stay the course!
ETA: I’m a family law and dv attorney! It’s very fullfilling work!
