I had my hair trial recently. I was happy with the outcome but there will be some changes on the day. The roll at the bottom will not be as long and will look a little tighter.
I was aiming for something that would keep up all day and would go well with my dress.
What do you think?

very lovely! It reminds me of a few styles I have seen on Kate Middleton. It matches your dress well 🙂

I think if you tighten up the sides and the bottom it will look amazing, plus it won’t fall out. On a side note. .. i love your dress.

Oh I love it. I know messy curls are popular right now but I love classic buns.

Yeah that’s what I am hoping for – something a bit tighter, not as wide/long.
No, that’s one of the changes I am going to make

So elegant! I think it goes really well with your dress (I love the details on it, by the way, especially the straps). Beautiful! 🙂

That hairstyle will be stunning with your gown!

The poll results worry me – but I think once it’s all pulled in a bit and not as wide and tighter it will look much better!

Perfect! I love how it echoes the sweep of your dress – very complementary 🙂

I love your dress!!! Would love to know the designer?
I’m not a fan of the bun, to be honest. It looks a bit dated to me. Hope you don’t mind, but I’m going to suggest a chignon – something like this:

Honesty is good! I see what you mean. My favourite part of the hairstyle I think is the accessory and pieces of hair kind of twisted above the bun. So I definitely think a chignon could be put in place of the bun and ‘update’ the whole look. Think that would work?
It’s Sophia Tolli – Athena. I am adding the strap that is on your right. It looks great with just one sleeve, but I felt a bit lopsided!
ETA – I had an aha moment when you suggested the chignon. Have emailed hairdresser!
