haha oh wow.  I graduated in 2001, around that time there were these two-piece dresses that were somewhat popular (entire stomach exposed).  I guess the dress you posted isn’t that much worse than that.  It’s a shame, that red dress would be pretty.

o.m.g. I guess if your goal is to lose your v card on prom night, that’s the dress to buy! In all seriousness though, if I had a 16 year old daughter, she would not be allowed to wear that dress.
