If it’s not fixed this time, I would demand a replacement at least.  They should have enough customer service to care if you’re happy.  So sorry!

I understand what you are going through. If it’s still under return time frame, its better to return it and have a new ring from somewhere else. After all its your proposal ring. Obviously your feelings are attached with it. Go for the new one and start your life with perfect ring and not with the damaged one.
