What Do you think of this Ring? It’s a Tacori Setting but I want a 2-2.5 Ct Blue Pear Shapped Center Stone. Any Thoughts or Advice?

@MrsBeck: I hope so. I’m going to look at the Setting in Person Tomorrow. I was about to try and have someone design something like this for me because I couldn’t find anything I really loved.
@littlemisschef18: Anoyone have size 7 hands with a 2 Ct Pear Shaped Diamond Ring? Curious how it would look on my hands.
@littlemisschef18: i think it will look absolutely stunning. i hope you like it on your hand. take pics of it on your hand so we can see it.
@littlemisschef18: I also hope they have a Grog Wedding band to match
@littlemisschef18: I agree that it will be stunning! I love halos around colored diamonds, it always looks so elegant.
@littlemisschef18: I do. Tacori as a company has been a bit of a nightmare to deal with. That being said they do have gorgeous pieces. If I were to do it over I would look into getting the same setting custom made with a reputable jeweler. I love the pear halo look. Make sure you try it with wedding bands too to get an idea of what you’d like with it. Some girls with halo’s have a hard time finding something because of the gap factor.
Pre emptive congratulations!
Really? They were hard to deal with? The Jeweler I’m going through will be handling that of course and my ring has a matching band which looks perfect with it.
I don’t want to burst your bubble, but I noticed on another of your posts that you’re looking for a natural fancy diamond, not irradiated. Liebish and Co (fancydiamonds.net) has a 1.87 natural fancy light blue radiant that is $150,000… if that’s in your budget I’m jealous!!!
I don’t have a pear shaped, but I have a 2 carat Tacori crescent ring in princess cut. I have to say I honestly think my ring is too big. It gets caught or snagged on stuff all the time. Some people think it’s fake because of the size (which I dont care. I know it’s real, I picked it out) But I am considering trading it in for a smaller carat ring. It is beautiful, but it gets in the way of everyday things. 1-1.5 carat would be plenty.
@devinjotyler: Oh dear God. Plz let me have her…..Beautiful stunning Ering.
