I’ve now looked and looked and looked and I’ve decided…dress 2. Dress 1 is a much more popular style (which is why everyone loves it) but it makes dress 2 the more special choice. Plus the lace on dress 2 is bolder and better, in my opinion. I think the v on the first dress is much nicer than most v backs and sits beautifully on you but the illusion back of dress 2 is sexier and more wow. I think what swung it was that dress 2 was the dress I wanted to grab off the screen and try on myself.
It didn’t take me long to get off that fence……
Long sleeve 🙂
I think it is such a classy dress. I like both but long sleeve is my favorite.
I love the first one more but Im not a huge fan of long sleeve. I have to say the lace on the sleeve is beautiful though.
They both look great on you, I kind of prefer the long sleeves looking at them. I think they’re modest without being frumpy.
Long sleeves: far more wow factor! Looks to be very high quality lace. Seems to be a more “memorable dress” that the first
I still prefer the first, I think it looks fantastic on you. It seems the vast majority do. I don’t think you do though… I noticed in the other thread that you kept tossing excuses as to why it doesn’t work. So if you really feel that way, then you’ve made your decision and you don’t need us to justify it for you. Yay!
If you’re looking for reasons why the vote, I am not keen on the sleeves/heavy embroidery on the second one. It’s just bulky looking, IMO, instead of sleek and sexy. Have you asked about bustling the train? Most gowns are built so you can.
personally i love dress 2, its unique and gorgeous. Dress one looks great on you as well but its a very over done style that you see everywhere.
I love both of them on you so much! So hard to pick!
Maybe Dress 1? But you can’t go wrong either way.
You are stunning in both. I prefer the long-sleeved illusion dress, as I think it is the epitome of elegance, but I do think the v-neck with straps is ever-so-slightly more flattering.
Sleeves! You look absolutely stunning in both but the sleeves are just that bit more timeless and I worry the tail on the first dress will look dated in time. However, if your venue calls for drama then pick dress one.
