Have you used the Thorne prenatals?

Just curious if anyone knows if methyltetrahydrofolic is the active folic acid?

also did you take any dha? Doesn’t look like it has any

I’m taking Thorne for the folate and also their additional folate they sell. However I didn’t realize the daily amount is 3 capsules and they are pretty big.
