My mom just sews a little cloth bag and puts rice in it… but if you’re not crafty like that (because I’m not!), how about:

Or, I actually want one of these stuffed animals that double as a soothing pillow. They also smell like lavendar, which I think is an added bonus!

Also, I think I’ve seen them at Kohl’s-type department stores, next to the body lotions and such.

Etsy! Search “microwave heat pad” or “microwave neck wrap.” My mom bought me one for Christmas and it’s awesome!

You can just fill an old large sock with rice, tie a knot in the end, and microwave. Not as cute, but free and fast.

Yeah, you can make your own! Fill a sock or sew a cute bean bag and fill it with rice!

My mom just makes them by sewing a small square and filling it with corn (feed quality).
