I was suprised to see almost half and half split between those doing their own makeup and having a pro on the most recent poll. I plan on doing my own since this area runs around $400 for a pro. I think I’ve figured out what I’m going to use and was curious what others are planning on. Here’s my list:
- Face – Smashbox primer, Makeup Forever HD foundation, Coastal scents silica powder (equivilant of MUFE finishing powder), MUFE full cover concealer
- Cheeks – NARS blush in orgasm, smashbox bronzer
- Eyes – Stila liquid liner, MUFE aqua eyes, Lancome Innocence couture pallette, spring heart falsies applied with Duo, Blinc mascara
- Lips – Sephora nano liner, Dior serum in 740, Dior gloss in Apricot.

Face – I bought a MUFE travel set that includes primer and finishing powder, and I’ve been using it for a week with pretty good results. I also got a sample of MUFE HD foundation and want to make sure it’s the right color before I purchase.
Cheeks – NARS bronzer/blush duo set.
Eyes and lips – not sure yet, working on it!

Face- Jergens Natural Glow face moisterizer for primer, Benefit moon beam highlighter, & Two faced chocolate soleil bronzer. I may decide to splurge on a dept. store foundation, but if not Revlon Photoready or Maybeeline Dream Mousse Liquid.
Eyes- Maybelline volume xpress mascara, Urban decay primer & shadows (colors undecided, something natural looking…), Revlon colorstay liner
Lips- Burts Bees balm!

I used two faced primed and poreless skin soothing primer
Bare minerals foundation and mineral veil
Bare minerals eyecolor in a really deep shimmery plum brown
Buxom lips lip color in mauve
False lashes and maybelline the falsies mascara in black lace
