I had EWCM the day before my BFP (12DPO I think) and that is what prompted me to test. I knew that sometimes EWCM during luteal phase is an early pregnancy symptom.

I had watery and EWCM at about 8 and 9DPO, which is very unusual for me. But, I didn’t think much of it, cause I was trying not to symptom spot!

I forgot to add, my FF also actually took away my solid crosshairs and changed them to dotted because I reported fertile CM after O (the only month ever). Can’t wait for your update!

I know that this is a really old thread, but I have spent a lot of time trying to find out about this, and I want to share my story to possibly help others with the same question.

I usually have ewcm a few days before AF. I had begun to think, from everything I’ve read, that this is definitely a sign that I’m not pregnant.

This month, once again, ewcm on day 26. No period by day 29 (unusual for me) so I tested. bfp!

You can have ewcm and still get a bfp, even though it doesn’t always mean that.

Hope this helps someone!
