LOL thank you!!! It’s not soldered yet – our wedding isn’t for a couple more months so I’m not wearing the band yet. I like the idea of being able to change it up so I’ll see how it wears unsoldered first and if it drives me nuts then maybe I’ll get it soldered!

I love your wedding band. Looks great with your yellow gold band on your e-ring. What metal is your wedding band?

Thanks! It’s the platinum Soleste from T&Co. I typically don’t wear diamonds, but my husband bought it, so wear it, lol. You can definitely find something that looks exactly the same for much cheaper!
@lucialucentum: Thank you! I love it and wear it much more than I thought I would.

I have a husband who was kind enough to buy me several diamond wedding rings before I finally got it “right”! I finally found that for me, an eternity ring was perfect. I found that it drove me crazy constantly adjusting my half-eternity rings. I also found that my higher-carat, half-eternity rings seemed to detract from my solitaire, and their width was larger than my solitaire setting’s band. I decided against soldering–with an eternity ring the two rings always “match up”. I love what I wear now! (See above photos.)

It’s been five years and I love my simple band. I thought I wanted a diamond band and tried a few on, but as soon as I tried the matching plain band, it felt like coming home.

I will never ever ever get tired of seeing your ring. Your ring has been an inspiration of mine for a long time. Every since I saw it. I loved it. I did go with a diamond band, but only because it was still simple and I couldn’t find a plain band that I liked. I didn’t want to commission my jeweler to make one. My setting even reminds me a little of yours. Every time I see your ring my heart flutters 🙂 Here is my latest set that I am VERY VERY happy with. Some day I would like a plain band, but for now I am happy 🙂
