And your engagement ring is beautiful, I like how the band is the same width as the stone. My engagement ring is a split shank thats about 6mm across the setting, which is the widest point, and I have 2 bands now, because I gotta second one for Christmas, for a total of 4.5mm on bands and my fingers are short and it’s fine, I don’t think it looks like too much at all. My bands are both all met though, I do find it a bit much when people wear multiple rings that all have stones, but that’s personal taste.

I think a thin rounded band would be beautiful! Or a very tiny band with pave diamonds.  Plus if you are traveling or working with your hands than you can just wear that so it’s not in the way or gets lost.

You will be fine with a wedding band.  It won’t be too much.  I personally would find it odd to not have a wedding band with your ring after you get married.  A wedding band completes the look.

I don’t see why you shouldn’t have a band! I think something with a different texture would look really nice, like a twisted or diamond band that’s on the thinner side.

A thin wedding band would look great. You could do a thin pave band or cconsider mixing metals and getting a plain rose or yellow gold band.
