I am a self obsessed paper LOVAH and therefore the paper portion of wedding planning has become very difficult.
At first I was SET on Wedding Paper Divas and was going to make my own envelope liners and Directions cards, augmented by Mini Moo cards with our website info.
Then, I thought the Michael’s/print your own route was the way to go, although I LOVE the typography setting that WPD offers.
And now, I’ve discovered A Printable Press. Can anyone comment on it? Have you used it? Where did you end up printing your invites? Where did you get the paper? So basically they send you the pdf and you print it yourself? Heeelp!

I didn’t end up using A Printable Press, but I did make my own invites, so maybe I can help!
You place your order, give them all your specifics and they send you the .pdf. The beauty of the .pdf is that you can send it to an online printer, like VistaPrint and most of the work is done for you. OR you can print them at home and be a bit more hands-on. APP has a few links on their website for printers, I would choose someone that they recommend as they are familiar with the whole process.
I designed my own invites, bought my paper from Paper Source and had mine printed at Kinko’s. I choose Kinko’s over having them printed online because I’m really anal and I wanted to be able to fix something right then and there if I didn’t like how it looked.
