OK so I have an appointment at Davids bridal wednesday afternoon. I called ahead on 4 dresses to see if they have them in a sample I can fit. I dont have any pictures of me at the moment to post because I dont have a cell phone or camera (which is odd I know, but I broke my phone 4 days ago) the first dress is One Shoulder Chiffon Gown with Floral Appliques Style 9V3398 the sencond dress is Strapless Sweetheart Fit and Flare Wedding Gown Style 9V3476. The third one is Satin Side-Draped A-Line Gown with Beaded Inset Style 9WG3153 and the last one is Dropped Waist Strapless Sweetheart Wedding Gown Style 9WG3444 . To describe my body I am a size 18-20 (I thought I was a 20-22 since I always wear sweats and baggy clothes.. turns out I am a 18!) I have a smaller chest and I carry most of my weight down in my middle. Thoughts on what dress you thin kwill look better on me. Pictures WILL be uploaded thrusday 🙂

Hard to say without seeing you in any of them. But I’m a size 18 and tried on that first dress and I HATED it on me. I wouldnt even let my friend take a picture of it, I hated it so much.
My advice though, dont limit yourself to just those dresses. Go out of your comfort zone and try on something even if you think you wont like it. I found my dress and some of my other top picks that way.
Heres pictures of the dresses I tried on at Davids Bridal, if you want to look.
Well this was a surprise!! 😀

No idea which dress will look best. The thing with wedding dresses is they can sometimes look great in the magazine or on the hanger, but not so great on. Other dresses look so-so on the hanger but fabulous on. My advice would be dont limit yourself to just these dresses because you never know!
I did try on the 3rd dress you have above and liked how it looked on me. I’m very pear shaped, so anything A-line worked best on me.

It’s been said here before, but it’s worth mentioning again – let your consultant pull dresses that you might not like on the hanger or on the model. Keep an open mind, take a bottled water, and have FUN!!

Which one did you pick? I went on Sunday to find my dress and went in saying NO PICK UP SKIRTS! Lol… I ended up with the last one you have listed… it is SO pretty! I even scrunched up my nose when the consultant picked it out but I tried on about 6 dresses afterwards and all of them were instant “no”s compared to the pick up skirt. I hope that you found the one that you love and feel comfortable in!
