- Wedding: April 2014
Here’s a rough schedule of the week of our interstate wedding:
Tuesday 1 April: Flight arrives at 5am. Nothing planned for the day. Probably spend the day recovering from the technical all-nighter (neither of us can sleep on a plane!) Is it worth trying to push through the sleep deprivation and get them over with?
Thursday 3 April: Nothing planned. My fiance might be having his buck’s night tonight. With my hen’s party already over, I’ll be all dressed up and have no where to go. However… should I leave this day completely free in case I need to take care of any last-minute things?
Friday 4 April: Ceremony rehearsal at church; probably in the late afternoon. The day before the big day!
I’m trying to figure out when I should organise my hair and makeup trials. I will have to visit each of the hair and makeup ladies at their homes for the trials, but they will come to me on the wedding day. It would be good to get both trials done on the same day, that way I can see what my hair and makeup look like when they are put together.
If you were me… when would you do them (and why, if you feel like elaborating)?
