What are you throwing? Any ideas other than rice?
No glitter. Or cupcake sprinkles, please.

We had an outdoor ceremony so our guests threw bird seed!
Dried lavender buds! It will smell nice and they’re pretty!
I’m going to punch confetti out of love letters that Fiance and I wrote each other when we were teenagers.
@Birdee106: You did this right after the ceremony?
@eocenia: I’m going to look into this! Excellent idea!
@lolot: Right after your ceremony?
@juliasoko: Do you have pics? I would love to see!
@Junip3r: How romantic!! Unfortunately we don’t have anything like that. 🙁
@prisigtr: Like the kind used on New Years or other celebrations? Colored? This sounds super cute and I bet it will create adorable pics.
We’re using Wilton pop-out streamers for our reception exit. They’re great because the streamers stay attached to the hand-held piece. Then we’ll just have garbage cans nearby for disposal.
Flower petals. They are the only sort of confetti allowed by most venues where I am. You aren’t allowed things like paper etc because of the bleaches they use, and there are other environmental concerns about things like glitter etc.
Were also using ribbon wands! I love the look of them in pics and it
s mess free!
