Hello fellow future brides!!! I have a problem…we are broke! So we have been looking at other days of the week that cost less. We really love the venue and to us it’s a perfect venue. We were thinking about having a Fourth of July wedding which falls on a Thursday. Do you think family and friends would come. We would like to invite 250 people. Most living within a 20-30min radius of the location. Thought????

Many people have that weekend off or take it off so that could help. Word of caution sometimes vedors charge more on holidays.

Fourth of July is a holiday right? If it’s a holiday that’s not so bad as most people will probably have the day off work and would be able to make it. However there are some things to consider – do people usually do their own thing on fourth of july? do people have to travel far meaning htey would def have to take a day off work?

I usually go out of town on the 4th of July. If you’re broke 250 people is a lot!!!!! Smaller guest list, and a different date would prolly work better. 🙂

Luckily this place doesnt change the price on a holiday. We were thinking people might want to do their own thing but then most of our guest list do family things together and we are their family. Very little friends have been invited. His family is huge! See the place we were looking at fits 350 people and there is a cheaper venue at the same location that day but only by $475 and fits 160 only.
