trust your gut, if it’s too good to be true…it probably is 😀 especially for things that are known to easily resell close to their original cost

Comparing it to my Tiffany’s diamond by the yard bracelet, I would be a little wary of it’s authenticity unless the hallmark for older styles is different than what it is now or if it’s different between the necklace and the bracelet. My bracelet is from 2 years ago and the little hallmark has T&Co. PT950 on one side and Peretti on the other side since the diamonds by the yard collection is an Elsa Peretti design.

EDIT: after doing some research by looking through Fashionphile to see what the hallmark looks like for a necklace, I see that for the diamonds by the yard ones there are two hallmarks on either side of the clasps. For gold/PT the hallmarks include tiffany and co, PT 950, peretti, and a serial number/origin.

So the blank on one of the sides of the hallmarks as well as no picture of the peretti makes me iffy on it.

A couple thoughts that might not sway one way or another, but just thoughts in general:

1. As a generalization, Japanese sellers would rarelyyyyy ever sell fakes, it is a very popular country to get pre-owned bags from beacuse their laws against fakes are extremely strong!

2. I doubt a seller would risk their entire livlihood (this is infact their fulltime job) over a $520 necklace.

3. I don’t really like that I don’t see a diamond carat weight anywhere? I would for sure message them about that.

4. They have free 30 day returns, you could get it checked out, and if it is fake, you would get your money back.

5. Interesting that this seller has the exact same necklace, but obvoiusly a much smaller diamond, for the same price.
