I’ve only bought earringa from Tiffany’s and with one pair I got one thank you and with the other I got two (right at 6 months).  When I looked at wrings I also got a thank you email a day or two later then a fallow up 2 or 3 months later asking if I had seen the new rings that came out ect.  


I think. It’s different for each associate. But it could be a V day gift!!!!

@RenoSweeney24:  I knew Fiance got a thank you note for my engagement ring. He got another one months later but I’m not sure if that was for my e-ring as well…he bought me a bracelet not too long after our engagement, so it could be for the bracelet?

I would be a little confused too. Now I don’t even ask whenever we get mail from Tiffany. He always surprises me randomly, so I won’t give him a hard time. lol

I sure hope yours is for V Day! πŸ˜‰

@RenoSweeney24:  Number 1, it could just be a mistake.

It could also be that they want to catch your attention again in hopes you’ll purchase your band from Tiffany’s.  Or they might just want to catch your attention to purchase ANYTHING from Tiffnay’s.

I wouldn’t read into it or worry about it– I get multiple Thank You’s AND multiple follow phone calls everytime I buy a bag from Coach :/

The same sales associate could have thanked for a new purchase, but they aren’t stupid enough to do it till after feb 14…I think it’s a follow up to inspire ur man to buy a gift

@RenoSweeney24:  no. Never got a thank you note. Ive bought my fair share of stuff from them and never once a thank you. But then again the associates at the Tiffanys in Manhattan think their shit dont stink.

When I wored at Coach if the store was slow, they had us follow up with our clients with either cards or phone calls. This is pretty standard practice because at stores like Tiffany’s and Coach, you get a lot of repeat customers. This will vary by associate how frequent and what route (phone or card) they take. A lot of the busier/bigger stores may not do this since they sales volume is so high.
