A Tiffany ring is from Tiffany’s. 💁 then there is “rip-offs” ofc. But they would not be “Tiffany”, just Tiffany inspired or “copies”.

 

What they usually refer to as “Tiffany setting” is the knife edge band together with the six prong setting.

Tiffany ring just means a ring from Tiffanny & Co, Tiffany setting is (like the PP said), the round brilliant diamond on a knife edge six prong setting. Tiffany itself has a number of settings and Tiffany setting is probably the most popular/classic.
