My god the soleste is so beautiful, isn’t it?!! So nice moissaniteco is making it now! Thanks for sharing that. I think the 1.5 ct center will give you the bling you like without being over the top. It’s a very sparkly ring!

It is sooo pretty….I think a 1ct would be more suited to something with the double halo

I would do 1.5 carat. I know you like your bling and a 1 carat cushion I think would be too small for you once shrinkage sets in. 2.5 carat center with double halo would be pretty huge on you.

@Missus_LLC:  I am sure I’m going to be flamed for this, but I don’t like it when companies completely copy each other. Do something similar, sure, but it’s Tiffany’s original design and I don’t think that any other company should copy it like this.

@canarydiamond:  I agree with you somewhat but just FYI, the shank is different. The split on Tiffany’s soleste is smaller and starts closer to the head. Most rings are a version of some other ring.

@Missus_LLC:  I think you will happiest with that size! There’s a big difference between 1.5 and 2.5 carats. Also, I don’t know if I’ve ever read that you’re concerned with the “realness”/passing off issue, but if you are that’s another thing to consider. I think 1.5 will be gorgeous! Will you keep your 5 stone also?

@Missus_LLC:  Sorry, I would go w. the 1.5 center if I were you.

I’m a halo lover but not a fan of the double halo unless it has a colored stone as the center stone.  I don’t know what it is but I feel like that color stone just really makes the double halo work.  But that is my two cents.

After all that being said I think the 1.5ct would give you great finger coverage with the double halo.  Personally the 2.5 ct is just too much especially with the combination of the double halo.
