@peonies327:  hi, at the moment im thinking about looking into a novo ring. probably under a carat like yours. it kind of reminds me of my mothers engagement ring which is a round in a square setting. anyway im just wonderin if its out of my price range. i emailed as im not near a store but feel a little silly giving m y number as we havent yet officially got engaged. i dont wish to ask bout d price of ur ring but do u have an idea of what $10k would get you.. would love to see pics too!! Thanks

@dewingedpixie:  You know, with the name comes the service and quality! The many times I have woalked in there either myself or with my BF we have always been treated like gold and been provided exceptional service!  Compared to other stores like People’s Diamonds, Mappings, and Birks, Tiffany IS the gold itself and will always be known for the way they treat their customers.  Some may think “oh they just treat me like that because they want my money and I’m paying for the name itself,” yes they probably do and yes you are paying for the name, but they have to work for it, and their quality, service and honesty and full attention to their customer’s wants and needs shows that they stand very high above many other jewerly retailers. Because of that, every visit is memorable and you want to come back.

@Olkin_Zai:  My ring wasnt cheap by any means and came from a custom house cross country. If I have an issue I call them and then ship it back. It has a lifetime warranty. I think you can get good service at many places is my point.

@dewingedpixie:  Totally undestand, i guess I slightly exaggerated Tiffany. I agree, you can get good service elsewhere, I was just talking about Tiffany speficically, based on my experience there and compared to the stores I have gone to search for an e-ring for myself. For a long time I was considering Blue Nile and was blessed with great customer service, but my bf and I are still leaning towards Tiffany’s because its at our finger tips and I could try it on vs. an online store where I can’t try a ring on and would have to spend a fortune on shipping to US for inspection and cleaning because I live in Canada.  Would love to see your ring πŸ™‚

@Olkin_Zai:  We went with a Krikawa I’ve always loved their designs :). They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I also have a thing for color hence the center stone.

@younglove123:  I’ve seen women on here who’ve gotten tiffany’s rings recreated at other jewellers because tiffany’s is so marked up in price.  My ring is .91ct with side stones so it’s 1.5 total and the ring was about $4000 before taxes.. and it’s a great cut and clarity… I’ve seen Tiffany’s rings with diamonds a fair bit smaller for twice the price…. as a previous poster said, go and try on rings at different stores, try as many as you can on bc you’ll never know what you love!! I thought my ideal ring was a solitaire or halo on a skinny diamond crusted band… but when I tried it on it just looked wrong because I have such long fingers!  A thicker band suited me more.

Shop around, have FUN and see what makes you giddy inside!

@fiona8718:   It make sense to buy here, it’s too expensive to get it anywhere outside U.S.  No matter which size she decide, it will be beautiful!

@chitown23:  Totally agree with you, the two rings balance eachother. I am also getting a solitaire and a light half eternity wedding band πŸ™‚

@MochaPrincess:  Hi, what is the carat of the ring you have? It looks great and very proportionate to your finger. πŸ™‚ Thanks in advance!
