My jeweler gave me a cleaning solution, and I also have a steam cleaner that I run it under occasionally.

futuremrs.toothfairy:   I have a steam cleaner, but mostly I use a little window cleaning spray and a toothbrush, then rinse with warm water – with the drain closed AND covered!

I use dial foaming hand soap and a soft toothbrush. Works like a charm!

Baby toothbrush and a bit of Ajax dish soap or non-ammonia glass and surface cleaner. Nothing special.

I use dawn, warm water and a tooth brush.  I then dip it in rubbing alchohal and dry.  My jeweler does rubbing alcohal as the last step and it makes sure the water doesn’t leave any marks.
