CeeceeBee:  WELCOME!

pinterest helps me contain my excitement and channel it into there. While trying not to think about the ifs, ands, and buts I enjoy craft too. Knitting, crochet, felting, finding a use for buttons, practically anywhere….

I am in your boat! Practically the same thing – know he has the ring, waiting it out, trying to not daydream. It is eating. me. alive.

Hopefully we will both get our proposals soon so we can get on with the planning!!! Good luck 🙂

Me too!  I’m in the same boat.  After my boyfriend planned and booked a cabin trip for us in mid June, I joked that he better not propose when I’m all sweaty after a hike.  He seemed genuinely concerned and tried to find out why I’m against it.  I said I’d like to look nice in my just engaged photos.  And he said, no photos for you then.

I know how you feel, it is so hard to wait.  He already has the ring; we picked it out together.  He has been holding onto it for a couple of months so he can think of a special proposal.

I’ve been reading, exercising (planning to lose some weight in order to be healthier and to fit in a smaller bridal gown when I go dress shopping after the proposal), and catching up on tv shows, playing video games, and lurking on this site.  You gave me a great idea:  I really should take up crocheting or knitting again.  You could crochet and watch a tv show or have something else on.  Oh, I also bake and cook occasionally when I feel like it, which is not enough since my SO eats all his snickerdoodles in 2 -3 days.

I hope other people come up with wonderful ideas.
