Some great names – I want to make my child a classic. I was guttered when I saw how popular Emily has gotten cos that is my top pic but don’t want a popular name that’s gonna make her 1 of 5 in the class 🙁
i ALS love Alexandra (would call her Ali) Lily, Emerson, Matilda, Lauren, Sophie, caitlyn, Hannah, Lucy.
Oliver, Bradley, Cameron, Patrick, Matthew, Nicholas, Joshua and Lauchlan.
A girl I know on Facebook called her baby Agnes
…..that’s a bit old for me. She was tossing up between Millie and Ava then surprised everyone with Agnes – she gets called Addy.

I’m not sure if they’re old fashioned but i like the name Abigaile for a girl and Logan for a boy. I loved Charlotte so much but after the royals named their daughter that i was like “I’m out!” i dont want our kid to be Charlotte last name initial.

These are my favorite baby names in general, most I’d consider timeless.
Girls-Eleanor(not my name), Eloise, Charlotte, Audrey and Claire
Boys-Oliver, Charley(my boyfriend’s name, it was one of my favorite names before I met him), Maxwell, William, Elias and Levi

stephygb92: i just had my daughter in July and we named her Julia Rose. We know we wikl have one more, and I started thinking of names. If we had a boy I would name him after ky father, if we have another girl i really like the name Charlotte Victoria

daniellemc: the name Charlotte has been in the top 10 for years and years, it’s not just popular now because of the royals. If you loved it before her, despite ita popularity, i wouldn’t not use it just because of that.

I am biased because it is my name, but I like Victoria – and I also second Alexandra, as that is my sisters name.

We chose Kathryn Rose for our baby girl due in April. Other names on our list were Claire, Anna, Bethany, Jillian, and Lauren.
Our son is Clark but we also love Jack/John.

SaraP2012: love Clark! And Kathryn/Katherine is one of my favourite names, just gorgeous! Love the other suggestions Beth/Bethany is also a huge favourite but my name is Stephanie so that might be odd lol.
I also love Anna and Mary. I am also loving William/Billy for a little boy. Goes through all ages a baby, teen, a man.
So many awesome names is this thread!!

stephygb92: Thank you!! For girls I loved Claire and Clara but Claire was a little too similar to Clark and Clara and Sara is a bit odd too. There are so may names wih an E sound at the end so I dont think the similarity would be too much for you.
