Are you not getting pro hair and makeup done, is everyone just doing their own? If you are, how many bridesmaids do you have?

Just for reference sake, I had six hours allocated for six girls (five bridesmaids plus bride) to get pro hair and makeup done and get dressed, with one hair stylist and one makeup artist. Any less time and we would have been rushed.

I think if you start trying to visit tables after dinner is over and you open the dance floor you will find that a lot of people got up to either start dancing or leave.  Cake service is usually the indication you can politely leave the reception.  A lot of couples actually hustle around visiting everyone during dinner.  Also, you have essentially 4.5 hours of photography before your ceremony.  Your schedule looks like it makes sense but what will the photographer be taking pictures of between 10:30 and 11:45?  You might just consider if it would be better to have the photograher arrive at 11:30 and stay an hour later.
