The only thing kind of standing out to me is the time you’ve allotted for pictures during the cocktail hour.  I know an hour sounds like a lot of time, but it flys by so quickly.  There’s just a lot of people to wrangle.  It really depends how big your family and bridal party is..and I assume you’re doing bride/groom pics during this time too.  Maybe I’m crazy, but my husband and I killed an hour easily just during our first look.  You may want to consider giving yourself more time for pictures if possible.  It’s something I wish I had budgeted for more of during my own wedding.

It looks like a lot of waiting for the girls who do hair only. I’d switch them with those getting makeup so they can go first since it requires more time.

How many courses are you having? Your dinner might take longer than that. We started cocktail hour around 5 and cut the cake at 10, and danced after that. People tend to take their time so I would make sure the venue is open for an extra couple hours just in case.

megm1099 :  Oh my advice was based off the assumption that your receiving line would take some time as well.  But if you think you’ll be getting to the reception venue at 3:30 then it should work out ok.

make sure you eat.  have snacks at the salon or while you hide in the basement.  you don’t want to go all day without eating.

megm1099 :  in that case I suggest maybe bring some entertainment/food for them to the salon so they can enjoy their time.

The extra two hours should be fine in case your guests take longer. Maybe have a back up playlist for after the dj leaves.

Other than that it sounds like you planned a beautiful day! I hope you enjoy every second of it.

Depending on your number of guests a receiving line can take way longer than 15 minutes.
