Wedding Day Time Line
9:30 AM– Team Bride Arrives at church and finishes getting ready. (Hair should be mostly done/ and make up should be done except for eyes.)
-Photographers and videographer arrive and start their thing.
10:00-Team Groom Arrives and finishes getting ready. (Should already have showered and done hair.)
10:45- Maid/Matron of Honor and Bridesmaid or Best Man exchange rings.
-Groomsmen go out for pictures with the groom.
11:00 JR Bridesmaid or Best Man And FG’s Arrive get ready.
Bride gets into dress and Veil-
-Check Music CD and sound.
-Ushers arrive if not already so- jump in a few pictures with groom!
-Father of the bride arrives
11:20– First look with Father of the Bride and Bride.
-Bridesmaids go out to take pictures with Groomsmen
11:50 Places EVERYONE! –
-Father Veils Bride-Bryson and Brittany Check Veil then dash too groomsroom.
11:55 Alert Guests it’s time to get seated.
11:59 turn off Pre Wedding music.
NOON: Pre Ceremony Announcements/Welcome
12:03 Doors are closed ceremony music starts!
12:04 Parents enter –Nevills Waltz
-Flower Girls Enter-Wedding Song
-JR Bridesmaids Enter-I Do
-Groom and Bridal Party enter –M5
-Father Gives bride away-
-Everyone who needs to sit does everyone else smiles and looks nice.
– Officiate opens
-Foot Washing Ceremony-A Thousand Years
-We are now Mr. and Mrs. Yay ! Everyone claps and cries and cheers! My life would suck without you starts and Bride and Groom Exit!
-Bridal Party Exits
– Everyone else exits floods stairs/outside
-Bride and groom exit everyone raises dangly banners!
*Pictures are taken at gazebo with ceremony guest and family until 12:50
12:55-2:20 Bridal Party Pictures in the park this includes- Bridesmaid or Best Man Groomsmen Flower Girls and JRs
We will have sack lunches for you to eat when you are not in the pictures.
2:20 hop in car head to reception
2:30 Reception starts
BRIDES BUSTLE NEEDS TO BE DONE UP
2:45 Bridal party arrives and makes grand entrance.

3:00– Ice breaker and mingling – VEIL TAKEN Out of HAIR
3:15– cake cutting

3:55– Bride and Groom First Dance
4:00 Vances Suprise
4:05-Father Daughter Dance
4:15 – Garter Toss
4:20 <3 -Bouqutte Toss
4:25– Thank you speeches from Bride and Groom
4:30– Dance/Mingle/Play by ear!
Bride and groom leave around 5:30-6!
