(Closed) Timeline Invitation Wording

i would just word it like any invitation.  so if cocktail hour starts at 5, put 5 on the invitation.

then have the staff usher people into the room where the ceremony is when cocktail hour is over.  when the ceremony is over, someone will tell everyone to go to X room for the reception.

I’m not sure the proper wording for something like this, but I’d go with @Trilly‘s. Are you okay with people skipping the cocktail hour and coming just for the ceremony and reception because that might happen.
