We didn’t do a night shuttle, but we had one to bring guests into downtown for the ceremony and then back to the reception. I thought I had allotted more than enough time for the shuttle to the ceremony, but because the driver got lost they arrived only about 3 minutes before our ceremony start time. I thought they’d have more like 20 minutes to get seated. So based ok my experience, make sure you have more time than you think you’ll need for travel in case there are any problems.

snowbeastly:  I plan to do the same, from a local hotel to the venue and then back again. Plan to have shuttle 3:15-4:45 (ceremony at 5)…then back starting at 10:30-12:30 or something to that effect. The hotel is close to the venue but would rather have everyone safely brought to and from.
