I ordered my invitations through Vistaprint. I waited until they had their “FREE FREE FREE” sale
I ordered 90 invitations and got 10 for free. Not bad, I figured. And Bonus for not having to wrestle my printer.
I learned afterwards that the size I selected (9 x 6) also is the same size of their Oversize Postcards, of which they were offered 50 for free.
You live and learn, right?
I hope this saves you from paying more than you need to 🙂
Oh and another tip I learned afterwards, if you keep their emails (especially the FREE FREE FREE ones) and use the link weeks later, the offer doesn’t actually expire!
They send those FREE emails out about once every 2-3 months.
Best of luck!

You have a good point! But…the invitations include envelopes, whereas the postcards do not. Envelopes can get pretty pricey, so other brides-to-be can keep that in mind!!

Also, if you’re a Upromise member, be sure to log in. It gets you 50%!

Thanks for the tip; I ordered my save-the-dates from them and will be ordering my invites from them too so they all match. (I have an obsession with things matching) I’ll keep this in mind when I place my order! Thanks so much!!!

If you order the postcards there is an option at the end to add envelopes. The add-on is only $4-$5. I do know that the postcards are glossy and maybe the invitations are not to make them look more professional. I really do not know.

Also get the good paper. The linen is best. Otherwise it actually does look cheap.

Yes, I added envelopes to my “postcards” (the RSVP cards) because in Canada it’s actually not cheaper to send a post card than to send a regular piece of mail.
Also vistaprint had envelopes cheaper than my local Staples store.
For the invitations, I had the option of glossy or matte, and chose glossy because that’s what I always get for my photos. All my pieces are glossy, which I didn’t like at first, but it’s grown on me.
I think they look nice and not cheap. They certainly aren’t any any fancy letter press, on the other hand they don’t look like I printed them off my home printer.
