When the girl came to my house to do my trial, I did tip her. She was very grateful, and seemed like it wasn’t something that was expected. In my ipinion, if you tip for the trial, you are more likely to get better service when it comes time for the real thing.

@DCB667: I am using Salon Maison. They are a little pricey, but so totally worth it.

I did my trial in a salon and my contract was for the trial and day-of services and included 20% gratuity on the total. You could tip her when you do your hair trial or you could just tip her on the total of all the services on the day of the wedidng.

@leedobler: I am using Angalina, too! I haven’t done my trial yet but I am so excited for it (it isn’t until June). Good to know about the tipping because I was unsure about this, too!
