Well, kegels should be done regardless of pregnancy but I’ve heard kegels are VERY important during pregnancy and afterwards. Also, finding and maintaining good posture prevents back labor and will help with less complications over all. I’m sure there are 3429580 more that I’m just blank on right now 🙂

I saw this tip on blueeyedbride.com:

If you are planning on giving your baby a “lovie” (a stuffed animal or small blanket to have for security), buy it a few weeks or months before baby is born and sleep with it yourself.  By the time baby is born, the lovie will smell like mommy, which will be an additional comfort to your little one!

I bought a “thumbie” stuffed animal at Pottery Barn Kids for my little girl and slept with it — it made me feel close to the baby before she was even born!
