Try and stay hydrated, go to bed a little earlier than you normally would, eat more (smaller & healthy) meals a day rather than 3 big meals, and sometimes exercise can boost your energy levels too (though, for others it just makes them more exhausted!)

I had a couple days last week like that. For me, snacking, getting up to get some water, and on a particularly bad day I made a cup of tea w.caffeine. 50mg but man I needed it that day! I’ve been allowing myself a cup of tea every other day or so.
Also, I’m planning to start taking a quick walk mid day as well before the snow comes!

I had that bad the first trimester (and having narcolepsy doesn’t help).  Working out in the mornings did seem to keep me going/awake most of the day, but it seemed that whenever 2pm hit I needed a nap RIGHT THEN, but it would pass around 4pm.

Is there any way you can sneak out to your car for a 20 minute power nap?  The only other thing I would suggest is to get up, walk around, walk the stairs or start take up a coversation with someone.
