Hello hive! We are trying to figure out how much of a tip we will need to give each vendor. That way we are prepared with cash on the day of the wedding. Here is my list of people I think we need to tip…
I know I’m forgetting people. I need your help… how much do we give each of them as tip? Do I tip them? Any other people you tip?
THANKS in advance for your help!

Interesting link. especially the photographer and not tipping if he owns his own business. Do most people follow this? Same with a travelling hair stylist?
Can married bees comment about their tipping result?

Married bees… Can you help us?

I’m not a married bee, but I highly disagree on the traveling hair stylist. In my mind, hair and makeup artists get tipped unless they mangle you somehow. Regardless of whether they work for themselves. Maybe that’s just me though.

I know so many people who say they won’t tip if the person owns the business, but I think if the vendor did an extremely great job, you should still consider tipping them (but only after they’ve fulfilled everything). I only tip if they did a really good job, if they were amazing I give them a bigger tip.
I recommend not tipping the photographer or videographer until you get your photos/videos back from them & have reviewed them.
