No, not worth waiting that long, there are other comparable stones to amora gems--move on! : (33 votes)

No, they are great stones, but I don't think they will make less than 1.5 carats any time soon. : (4 votes)

Have you been to their forums? They seem to have the best info on the upcoming stock. They said it is going to be several more weeks until they stock more.

Do you think you’re going to buy from Wink or Ebay? Or move on? Let us know!

afllawyerbride:  I can tell you that wink and chris cz’s look exactly the same, except wink charges a lot more.

afllawyerbride:  you wont see the flaws in SI2 trust me. They wouldnt make a simulated stone and had it be included to the naked eye.

I know it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but I just posted my 1.85 F SI1 cushion loose Amora Gem on ebay since I have fallen in love with a 6 prong solitaire setting that really only goes with a round cut. There’s also a 1.51 round on ebay right now and the 1.44 round is still up.

I have a cushion amora gem, much bigger than what you’re looking for though, and I was having the same dilemma. I saw a round and oval forever one moissanite and I will say the oval was very nice but it was smaller than I wanted- and  just couldn’t get over the way that the round moissanites are cut. So that is why I would say that Amora gems are definitely worth waiting for. But again, that’s just because I don’t like the flat top and splintery look the forever one had.

This is just me, but I think the F1 is actually even prettier than the Amora gem. I know that’s very subjective, though!

I have a D VS2, and it’s not icy white. Please excise my wrinkly hand. This was just to show my husband I had pulled this out of the jewelry box.

afllawyerbride:  on BTD’s forum they just announced that this month they will be making the new h&a cut in I believe 6mm-9mm so there should be a restock soon if they stay on track
