How about having two best men?  I’ve heard of multiple MOH’s, no reason why you can’t have multiple best men!

Head Groomsman sounds good to me but if you don’t like it about:

Honored Groomsman

I’ve never seen it done before but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it! I have seen "honored guest" before though if that helps you make a decision.

I like the title you’ve come up with, but I also agree with the two Best Men idea.  A friend of mine was married this summer and he has two brothers who both served as his Best Men.  I also wanted to add that I don’t think this means that you have to have two MOHs.  I was one of two MOHs in a wedding where there was only one Best Man.  Its all about who you want to stand up for you.  No one should be hurt or offended… the should hopefully feel honored that you chose them! 🙂
