Lol!! really is tmi! My poo was also funny brown pale colors in the very first weeks. But dont think green is an issue. The digestive system gets disrupted so early cos your body is getting all the nutrients it can from what you eat. I’d be more worried if you had cero  BM at all or if it was hurtful or had blooD or was continuos diaherea. See what it does in the next days and welcome to the funny world of bizarre pregnancy symptons!

My coworkers say the color of your poo don’t matter unless it is white or black. The rest is just determined by whatever you eat, and yes, that can be because of your prenatals. My poo can be green for weeks on end at times and not because of pregnancy.

I think that could be the Iron. Just wait until you hit the last couple of weeks..fun stuff…

Ya green poo is a common thing when you take iron supplements, could be the added iron in the prenatals having an effect.

Is it bad I just read this and got jealous that you pooped today? UGH! I am SO constipated! 🙁 All I can say to Darling Husband is “I just want to poop! :'(” Man, I’m sure romantic these days.

But green poop is probably normal 🙂

It has to do with bile. You will likely see that it goes away after a day or so. If it continues for more than a few days call your doctor, but generally it is harmless.

White, black, or red are cause for alarm. No worries! Greens and browns are ok

I wouldn’t worry, prenatals can definitely affect things. I know mine was off when I first started taking them.

@cowgirlace:  I am so glad im not the only one thinking that! I told Darling Husband that I get so jealous when I know he is going… one day I was hormonal and even got mad at him for it! Lol. He just keeps saying “its okay because when you give birth you will probably poop all over the baby”…….. thanks hun!
