-brutal cramps (even on b.c.), lower back pain

-a couple pimples (nothing terrible, thank goodness)

-TMI…diarrhea during the first day

-the best thing…the first day I can eat basically anything and not gain weight ๐Ÿ˜€

Ugh…it is so NOT a beautiful thing.

I have a lot of the same symptoms as you. I’ll also get horrible headaches, become incredibly irritable along with an inability to concentrate. I’ll also turn into a hermit where other than going to work and the gym, I don’t want to leave the house for anything.

I get really bad back aches, but my doctor said that may be because I have PCOS so it’s actually cysts leaking (ew)

I usually get one or two zits between my nose and cheek.  Every 3-4 months I get really bad cramps, more so recently.  And of course the wonderful PMS the week before.  When Fiance asks why I’m acting like “that” I say IT’S PMS! and he’s like oh yes, of course.  Glad I have something to blame it on.

I get no symptoms besides cramps when my actual period does come.

-emotional for 2-3 days ahead of time (irritable normally; weepy on BC)

-lower back pain; more of a dull, constant ache than actual cramps for 2 days before and the first day

-headache the six or so hours before I start (migraines if I’m not careful with what I’m eating)

-constipation 2-3 days before, diahrrea the first 2 days

-I turn into a bottomless pit the 1-2 days before I start; I pretty much never feel full. Not that I’m constantly hungry, but I can just keep eating and eating and eating and not feel full or sick.

-combine the last two = crazy bloating ๐Ÿ™

-very sore labia (TMI, I know) the first day, like they’re bruised.

I get headaches, cramps and sensitive breasts. Some months I get lower back pain as well. This all comes a few days before. All but the cramps stop when the period starts, those usually last another day or two.

I cannot sleep!  My mother has this as well- I get a little bout of insomnia 2-3 nights before my period.

I used to get horrible, bed-riden (it would make me be) cramps.  Aleve/ Naproxen has done wonders for that though.

Break out.  :/

I usually cry at least once.

Sore breasts!

Week before= sore, swollen breasts, 1-2 pimples & oily skin, REALLY bloated. ๐Ÿ™ Sometimes irritable/cranky (not always).

During the actual period= cramps that make me double over in pain (they last the entire first 24 hours), soreness in my lower back and quads, fatigue (so bad I can sleep 14 hours and it still isn’t enough), REALLY heavy, REALLY long periods (usually 7 days).

Needless to say, sometimes I hate being a woman.

Usually I start carb/greasy food craving, cystic acne, painful back/pelvic cramps, and quick to be irritable.  Sometimes my breasts hurt but the biggest symptom is extreme bowel changes. Embarassed
