Our date is definitely configured around Aunt Flow, lol. For me when I’ve got my cycle while I dont feel ugly or horrible, I don’t feel glamourous either and I want to be feeling my absolute best on that day

@echolove:  Mine likes to be on time or up to a week or so off -_- so there’s really no telling that far in advance. Grr. Pisses me off. I might use the pill just for that… but I’m afraid = blah

definitely, but right now I’m on the pill that stops “Aunt Flow” from visiting, but I will have to plan when to go off it around my wedding

My cycles were too irregular to predict that far out when we set our date…and for a while, it looked like AF was due to make an appearance on the big day.  Fortunately, she came a week early…I’d never been so glad to see her!

Aunt flow is not a regular visitor for me. Sometimes she’ll go months without coming, so it’s kind of hard to schedule around her lol. I’m hoping that either she comes more regularly OR I may have to take the pill (which i’d rather not do).

My period is really irregular but I just started to think yesterday it’s become more “irregularly regular” (I get it every 3 months, same time each month) and if my calculations are correct, I will definitely have my period at our wedding. I’m kind of sad about it because I get so bloated, my face breaks out, etc etc. I don’t mind having sex on my period though, so that’s okay.

This is one of my biggest fears… Mensing while getting married, ugh! Can you imagine the logistics of bathroom trips while having your period?!

This better not happen! I hope to schedule wedding and honeymoon while I’m ovulating for super frisky wedding night and honeymoon!

I got married on a sunday, mine came the wednesday before my wedding. 🙁 I was hoping it’d come the next week, but nope! It was light by then though. I was happy to be marrying my hubbs, so I didn’t care!

We booked our honeymoon without factoring in Aunt Flo (we just knew we wanted to leave a couple days after the wedding).  I just starting taking BC again after a few months without a prescription (long story) and have been spotting nearly all throughout the pack…I hope to get regular again in the next few months so I can guage whether or not my period will fall on the honeymoon.  If so, I will be taking packs straight through a few months before the wedding to try and avoid it.  If all else fails, our sex blanket will be coming with us on the honeymoon.  :-p

I wasn’t supposed to have my period for the wedding/honeymoon, but unfortunately my cycle decided to screw with me due to stress. Luckily, however, I was on the tail-end of it, so I felt comfortable enough to engage in some sexy time (a BIG thing for me, because usually I put myself on the sidelines during it).

This probably isn’t a good thing but I did it anyways… I went off bc for a week to get my AF and then I started back up with a new pack and made sure the 4th week was after the honeymoon.  It worked well… but I did have some other side affects. i felt it was worth it

I’ve always been irregular, but the pill makes me gain weight, so I was NOT going to start the pill just to predict my period. Leading up to my wedding day I was super nervous because I was two weeks late and my breasts were ginormous and sore… I totally thought I was pregnant. In actuality, Aunt Flo was just waiting until the most important day of my life to show up!! Got my period at 8am on the morning of our wedding. Everything was fine throughout the wedding day (as for logistics, I used a super tampon and a pad, and my sisters helped me in the bathroom to change out my tampon right before the reception), but it did stink to have my period my entire honeymoon.
