I find that waxing doesn’t really keep the hair away very well. I used to wax my eyebrows but found it didn’t last as long as threading did – sometimes in as little as two days after waxing, I see all the damn little hairs again that I have to get with tweezing. I get my eyebrows threaded every two (because I’m too lazy to do basic upkeep that makes up my three week intervals) or three weeks, and if I feel up to it, my upper lip as well.

Threading can be done on the entire face.

I have never done anything other than eyebrows and body hair(armpits leg hair etc)

It feels like ALL the time! It drives me insane but the worst is that as I’ve gotten older it’s spread from just my lip to my chin! Thank you Italian genes lol! Me and my equally hairy Greek bridesmaid have a life long pact that if one of us gets to old or unable to do it the other one has got to take over the waxing lol. I’m 5 yrs older so I’m sure she’ll be the one waxing me!

I have hair on my lip and chin. I don’t have time or money to get waxed on a regular basis, so I shave daily. I’d love to get laser hair removal, but my skin and hair color is too light

I’m naturally blonde – super blonde – so I usually can’t even see mine. I get it waxed with my eyebrows, but that’s about it.

Im blonde and i cant really see it, but i get it waxed anyways beacuse my hair catches light very well and in direct sunlight it looks like i have a bunch of shiny gold hairs

I wax about every three weeks.  I used to be super embarrassed of the fact that I waxed, but then I started to learn that my friends do it too!

Do your fiances know?!  I want to keep it from mine as long as possible, but I feel like he HAS to figure out that one day there’s hair and the next there’s not, you know?

@Lepidoptera:  lmao that’s too funny! If you have daughters invest in laser hair removal lol. i’m already wanting to pin my 12 yr old and wax her eyebrows but she is way to scared!

I used to bleach once a month or so, but I’ve switched to actually plucking (like my eyebrows!) It is AWESOME! I get that nice, satisfying feeling (that I actually love… haha, I’m so weird…) and it looks great! I just do a few hairs every other day or so, and it always stays nice looking- Darling Husband hasn’t said anything about it in months, and he used to occasionally make comments!

I’m pretty sure my Fiance knows…he hasn’t mentioned it but the wax strips in the trash have got to be a hint lol. I used to be really careful about it but now I’m just like whatever!

Try threading!! Best thing ever for brows and whatnot! I heve been doing it for years! Natural looking brows. Yes it hurts a but but no redness, swelling after! I have a BrowBar in the mall:)
