Go with seamstress' recommendation to alter existing bolero

Have seamstress make custom 3/4 length sleeve bolero

Add off the shoulder Beauty & the Beast sleeves

    Add cap sleeves

@Silver Plum Fairy:  Thank you so much! It’s Peral by Pronovias.

Your dress is utterly gorgeous, its classic simplicity will definitely suit sleeves.

Thanks for letting me know the name of the Etsy seller, I will have to check them out Smile

@Silver Plum Fairy:  Well, that particular lace might clash with your dress… but I’m sure (especially if you have it custom made) you can find a lace pattern that will compliment it. But I think what might be even cooler is if you went with a bolero of that style, but with something super sheer or even just tulle. Maybe something along the lines of this: http://i00.i.aliimg.com/img/pb/470/629/429/429629470_841.jpg

You could even dress it up with some pearl trim or sequins or beading or lace trim…. Smile

@Silver Plum Fairy:  Maybe a lacy sleeved balero? ALSO, where did you get those shoes? I love them

Of the three options you posted, I like the lace bolero the most.

I voted to do what the seamstress reccomended, but I really like the lace bolero.  My only worry was matching the lace, but as long as you can get a uniform look go for what you want.
