    @Lulume:  Contact the company. I know it feels different since it’s a company and not a person, but you’re still taking money from someone.

    @Lulume:  contact the company. They will appreciate your honesty and you will feel better about it. Not to mention it could affect someone’s paycheck 🙂

    @Lulume:  This happened to me!  I ordered some stuff for making my bridal jewelry and the company ended up sending me an extra order.  When I contacted them, it wasn’t worth the hassle/money for the company to reship/restock the items, so just let me keep it free of charge.

    Contact the company.  Most likely, it’s not worth the shipping cost for them to have you send it back, and they’ll tell you to keep it anyway.  Either way though, it’s the right thing to do.

    Contact them. Odds are they’ll let you keep it free of charge because of the confusion. It’s not worth it for them to pay for shipping/administration and it would be kind of silly to have you pay it. It’s a win-win: you get double the stuff & a clear conscience.

    Call them! They’ll probably tell you to keep it, but it’s better to clear your conscience.

    @Lulume:  This happened to me with a Christmas present.  I called them up to explain the error and get free shipping to send the extra package back…

    …And realized later they credited my account with a “return.”

    I gave up figuring, heck, I tried!
