And here is plain
My mom is in love with the belt on my dress and thinks I need to wear it to the reception… I’m not 100% sold though. I love my dress plain too! Not to mention the belt was like $350. What do you think
Or add suggestions of others that would compliment as well would be great (ideally less expensive)

@Tbblount: I really like it with the belt, so I’d wear it the whole time.
Have you checked out sashes on etsy? There are so many options it can get overwhelming (that’s what I’m currently experiencing), but the prices will be much nicer.

I always love belts, but I actually like it better without. Maybe the belt is too wide? It’s not accentuating your waist. Look at a thinner belt and see if you like it better? If not, it is classic and gorgeous without it.

Well, I don’t ALWAYS love belts, but when I saw it with, I thought WOW, and then without…the simplicity is so lovely. And you certainly don’t need it to help your shape!

No belt! The dress is so detailed.. it doesn’t need it.

@KC-2722: I’m leaning this way but am surprised at poll results

I love the belt, although I do not love the price lol I voted to wear it the whole time. If you do end up getting it and paying that much, I would use it as much as possible lol

@Tbblount: Your dress is so incredible and detailed, I think the belt with the lace might be too much. Don’t forget that you’re also going to be carrying a beautiful bouquet, so there will be a lot going on during the ceremony.
Perhaps a simpler belt, if you want one, to wear during the reception and to change the look? I would like a belt with pearl or crystal instead of the rhinestone.

@Tbblount: 100% with the belt! You look gorgeous and the belt is fantastic with it!

The belt looks fab with your dress and it looks like part of the dress : )

@Tbblount: I actually like yours with NO belt! Its gorgeous as is and has so much detail, I say the belt is too much.. Just my opinion:)

@Tbblount: My usual answer to any belt question is yes, but you happen to be the exception to the rule. I think your dress is so beautiful and unique, that the belt actually takes away from the side peplum.

@Tbblount: I really like the belt, but you have to love how you look! If you aren’t sold, go with the plain dress.

@Tbblount: Oh I love it! Wear it the whole time.
