    Your dress has beautiful detailing at the bottom. I feel like adding a belt would make it look too busy.

    I like the dress without the belt. Your dress is definitely not plain because the bottom of the dress has enough going on! Very pretty! 🙂

    I dont think you need a belt. There is so much detail in the dress that a belt will distract from it.

    I usually love belts, but I think it breaks up the gorgeous diagonal lines of the ruching.

    I really love your dress, especially with the belt. It just completes it. So pretty.
