According to everything I read online you don’t capitalize guest because it is not a proper noun.

They’re not proper nouns (Persons [Titles and names], Places or Things.)

Do not capitalize.

An address label is treated as a title. You write “Mrs. Sarah Jones and Guest” and “Mr. Robert Jones and Guest,” but if you were writing it in a sentence you wouldn’t capitalize the other words. Address labels follow the same rules as titles of a book, if that helps. That’s why you still don’t capitalize the “and.”

Capitalize. I send out hundreds of invites a month for my work, and “Guest” is always capitalized when I have to use it.
