Your chairs are fine. They are neutral and do not require a chair cover. They will blend well with your color scheme. I think they look better as is than having a sea of white chair covers.

I prefer floor length cloths. They just give a more elgant look. Have you looked into buying your cloths then selling them after the wedding? Often you can purchase them for less than the cost of renting.

I think that chair covers would add elegance, but the short linens I wouldn’t notice. That being said, are linens at all a MUST for any wedding? No. The only thing that’s really neccesary is for you to both show up and say your vows.

I would leave the chairs as they are.  They are neutral, and I personally don’t like the look of chair covers to begin with.  I think floor length linens would be best if you’re having a formal, evening wedding.

to save money, why not just do one or the other.  they are close in price ($15 difference)

if you do chair covers, you won’t necessarily need the floor length table cloths.

i am typically not a fan of banquet chairs at a wedding.

If budget allows, I would definitely cover all the chairs pictures above as well as get table clothes which cover the legs of the table. Maybe get a cheaper centerpiece like rose petals sprinkled over instead of actual flowers.

ugh. i hate chair covers. I don’t know why, I think it just looks funny- especially with the giant bow hanging off of them. No offense to any bride that likes them, I feel like in the right setting they could look fantastic, it’s just not the look I would ever really go for… unless the chair were hideous!

I think that the chair covers would be a nice touch, but are cetainly not needed (especially since they are usually pricey to rent and you said you have a smaller budget).  The neutral colors of the chairs are nice (they’ll go with most any color scheme you pick!).  I wish our venue had gone with neutral colored chairs.  They used an awful shade of red, so you were almost forced to rent their chair covers!!

I don’t think you need chair covers at all. Especially since their tan, and tan is one of your colors.

I say skip the chair covers (I’ve been to a lot of weddings without chair covers, and it never bothered me in the least!), and go for the floor-length linens (although really, it would be fine without the floor-length linens as well… it just would look better with them!).

keep the chairs naked. They are fine and getting covers would be a waste of budget if you ask me. 😀 I like your venue By The Way

I agree with PPs who have suggested skipping the chair covers and opting for the floor-length linens.

I’m in the same place you are and its driving me insane!  Our colors are yellow and gray, the banquet chairs are maroon!  I really want a simple charcoal gray table runner (over white table clothes provided by the venue) but those chairs are just hideous and I dislike chair covers and cant afford to rent nice looking chairs.

I really cant give you advise on your delima.  Part of me says people will be sitting in the chairs so they will never notice them, while the other half says chairs are an important factor.

I HATE THAT WEDDING CRAP IS SO EXPENSIVE!  And good luck in your decision!
