My handwriting is mostly print but the letters connect a lot like in script. I don’t usually write in real script anymore because I’m out of practice and it doesn’t look good anymore 🙁

Mix, but it’s awful. My ex always complained that my handwriting was too “artsy” and not “cute” enough, whatever that means. It’s awful when I’m taking notes or something, but if I’m just writing, it looks better.

@vorpalette:  What a random thing for your ex to criticise!

I pretty much always write in cursive, I still remember being taught cursive painstakingly by my third grade teacher! I only print when filling in forms, it takes me forever and feels uncomfortable/painful.

Definitely print. Maybe it is just me, but as a lefty I find writing cursive kind of awkward.

@peonyinparis:  IKR? I told him the same thing, and he said that his exes all had “cute” handwriting (he even showed me, because he kept stuff from them). Uh, sorry dude, can’t really change the way I write. He was a douche, though, so screw him. He criticized a LOT of stuff about me.

I mix it up — mainly because my every day handwriting is a unique mixture of both.

My hand writing is definitely a mixture of print and cursive.

I’m a biochemist which means a lot of proper latin names like Homo sapiens came up in my classes. To be written correctly they are supposed to be italicisized, so I use cursive for italics and print for the rest. It just made sense to me to do it that way.

@TheHoneyWajr:  Nope, they were telling the truth. Your writing is pretty legible! Smile
